Basic requirements:
- Be a regular student of the current semester upon request.
- That the subjects to be replaced are first registration and correspond to the fifth level of studies or higher.
- Not having completed third registration during their entire academic career.
- Not having been sanctioned by the University of Azuay.
- If you have second registrations for the mobility semester, you must speak with the Coordination of your School before applying to see if they allow you to substitute these subjects with those from abroad.
- Under no circumstances will the substitution of the subjects Graduation Project Design and Graduation Workshop be approved.
- The courses chosen to take abroad must be relevant for your career. The subjects for face-to-face mobility must be taken from this listing (choose the career related to yours, then “Study plan”). You can only choose subjects of odd semesters.
Application deadline: Sunday, April 28, 2024.
Send the following documents until Sunday, April 28, 2024 to convocatoriaRI@uazuay.edu.ec, in subject must be written UDA-UAEM exchange application
- Resume (PDF).
- Evidence of extracurricular activities (if any).
- Motivation letter (500-700 words, PDF). You can review tips on how to write a motivation letter here: https://bit.ly/CMotivacion. The letter must be addressed to the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos.
- Copy of the passport (minimum valid until June 2025), or appointment of the Civil Registry
- Outgoing Academic Mobility Request Form (Annex 1). Don't forget to sign the form!
Note: Due to the current difficulty of managing the Mexican visa, it is recommended that those interested in this call have a tourist visa for the United States, although it is not a requirement.
