Basic requirements:
- Be a regular student of the current semester upon request.
- That the subjects to be replaced are first registration and correspond to the fifth level of studies or higher.
- Not having completed third registration during their entire academic career.
- Not having been sanctioned by the University of Azuay.
- If you have second registrations for the mobility semester, you must speak with the Coordination of your School before applying to see if they allow you to substitute these subjects with those from abroad.
- Under no circumstances will the substitution of the subjects Graduation Project Design and Graduation Workshop be approved.
- The courses chosen to take abroad must be relevant to the career being followed and must be approved by the School Coordinator and the Faculty Council
- The subjects to be chosen must be from the 2nd semester (from February to June). The curricula of his career can be found at: https://www.uvigo.gal/es/estudiar/que-estudiar/estudios-grado (choose the career of your interest, then “COURSE PLAN” and “Subjects”, look at which campus you would study - Ourense, Vigo, Pontevedra)
Application deadline: Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Send the following attached documents until Thursday, October 12, 2023 to convocatoriaRI@uazuay.edu.ec, the subject must be written UDA-UVigo exchange application
- CV (PDF)
- Copy of passport (minimum valid until September 2024)
- Outgoing Academic Mobility Request Form (Annex 1). Don't forget to sign the form!
- Evidence of extracurricular activities (if any)

Activities that earn academic credit are not counted as extracurricular, nor are activities you did in college!
Activities that are described in the CV but no evidence is attached will not be counted as points.
